Here's the deal...I happened upon a Yahoo / E-Group that clearly features pix of under aged boys. My questions are these: What constitutes child pornography? Is it merely nudity of under aged persons? Do they have to be enganging is solo sex or sex with another person? Is one breaking the law simply my viewing such material? I'm not a pedophile but I'm fearful that by joining the group and opening a few of the messages with what appears to be illegal pix has already deemed me "guilty" of accessing child pornography. Are there any legal eagles out there who can answer these questions? Thanks in advance for anyone's help.
