I;ve been trying to locate Sanctuary for ages but still couldn't find it. Is it actually on the same side of the road as the Lumpini Stadium or the Lumpini Tower? I have looked around on the same side as the Lumpini Stadium, in a soi opposite across the street of Lumpini Tower, which has a lot of street vendors---is it that soi??? Thanks!
