Just to be safe, I'd have it amputated.
Seriously, give it some time. It could be a tooth mark. Any disease I know of would have a longer incubation period I believe. Since you couldn't see the guy in action, he may have gotten a bit rougher than it seemed--that happened to me once in what was the wildest, but best, GH job anyone ever gave me.
I actually ended up with a bruise, but it healed and it was well worth it.

Being in late middle age, I especially enjoy fellows who prefer guys a tad older since we're often more interested in the total process including massages, etc, rather than simply quickies.
