There are no hard and fast rules on what to tip, the more you get the bigger the tip expected.
If you ask a guy to come over and talk it's expected you would buy him a drink and if you just talk and leave give him 100 Baht. For a fondle around 200 baht. If you want a wank or bj in the bar between 200 and 500 depending how good. If you take him outside for a short time 1,000 Baht minimum, assuming he's any good of course.
