Question Hotel $S40 - $S60 range

I will be in Singapore in June for 3 nights and am looking for a hotel in the $S40-$S60 range.
If it's near the gay scene all the better.
Also if any guys want to hook up for some fun, drinks, a look around Singapore etc drop me a line.
