With all due respect, Woof -- you need to educate yourself on the details of HIV infection a bit more. Having asked the question here, however -- that's a good way to start!
It is believed there is very little difference when it comes to HIV transmission with regard to spitting or swallowing. We suspect that in the RARE cases of oral-only transmission, the infection happens IN THE MOUTH, not in the stomach. Therefore, once the semen is IN your mouth, it doesn't matter much what you do with it. There are even those who suggest that swallowing it is BETTER, while some believe that spitting it out is the best option. Probably the truth lies somewhere in between and we come back to the notion that it really doesn't make much difference. And do bear in mind -- oral-only infection is pretty rare. NOT impossible, but absolutely not as high-risk as receptive anal acceptance of semen.
And no, not all ABS swallowers are poz. I have no idea where you got that notion. The fact is: ANYONE can be poz -- you can't tell strictly by their sexual habits alone. It IS a wise idea to take note of extremely reckless behavior and avoid contact with these types of people -- but we can't say for sure that everyone who does something silly is poz -- nor can we say that everyone who is poz engages in reckless behavior all the time. It only takes ONE mistake to become infected...
