Airport Plaza and Kad Suen Kaew are good for cruising. There is a fitness park in Huay Kaew Road, next to the entrance to the zoo and opposite the police station, which has some activity these days. The police basically stopped all the fun there a few years ago, but I believe it is now back to being some what active again. The park alongside the Ping River and opposite the flower market works of an evening, and the fitness park alongside the canal, on the way to the airport can be active during the day. Commercial guys can usually be found around Tarpai Gate of an evening. Of course, all these areas can be visited by police and not so friendly Thai's, so you have to be very careful. There are no cruising cinemas, as in Bangkok.
