I've enjoyed many Thai dicks that were naturally in excess of 8". There is a small number of guys out there (go-go and otherwise) that undergo a silicone or fat injection in the hopes they'll become the next John Holmes. The results I've seen, though, have been terrible: the injections can't increase the length, only the girth, and you're left with something that looks and feels completely unnatural -- often with bumps and blobs where the injected material is not spread evenly.
