I have been the catcher (in a committed relationship with someone I knew well) and I have sensed a guy ejaculting in me. I will admit that doing it standing up (which I have never done) may not give you the warm sensation.
As for the original question posed in the thread, I don't know what, if any, significance should be read into the name "onlywhenIdrink." However, if one has been drinking prior to engaging in this risky behavior, one's senses may be diminished and the sphicter muscle may not have closed as quick as it otherwise should.
