Thanks for the feedback about our new design.
The ability to subscribe to a specific forum has NOT been eliminated. In fact you'll find it located just to the right of the name of the forum you're browsing. There is a link called 'Subscribe to this forum' and if you click that link you are subscribed. It will now appear as part of your control panel.
