my theory is that Thais simply enjoy sex without any deeper agenda. They're open to experimentation as long as it doesn't hurt or smell of shit. It seems that most guys have nothing against watersports (passive and active), many won't mind sucking toes and some don't mind getting fisted (a few actually love it).
