I think all Muslims are circumsized, so anywhere you find Muslims you will also find cut dick. In fact, I met a Turk from Russia who emphasized that he was Muslim by saying, "I'm circumsized," which also leads me to believe that Russian men are not.
I strongly recommend, based on limited experience unfortunately, Arab and Turkish men if you like to get fucked- the ones I've known make the energizer bunny look lazy!
