1) Money boys : As far as I know, they are not professional money boys as they would be in let’s say Pattaya or even Bali. They expect far less than in Thailand. Don’t be shy : ask them!
2) Sauna at Millennium : quite run down, but has its charm. The swimming pool is nice and big. Steam room, sauna, massage (don’t ask me, I never tried the massage service). There is a sign that says “only one person per shower cubicle” and “wear swimming costume in the steam/Jacuzzi/sauna”, the latter being ignored by 99% of the crowd, the first one ignored by some in a discreet manner so as not to offend anyone.
Most of the guys are friends of Dorothy’s, older rather than younger, fatter rather than in shape. You will find the odd slim/young/nice looking one. If you are Caucasian, as your Handle indicates, you will be very sought after. They are not shy, quite open, often seem to be in pairs (bf or fuck buddies…), kind of warm, Indonesian bonding between them, if you seen what I mean.
Many do not speak English, they are definitely not commercial guys. They will want to talk to you, will ask where you come from, but contrary to others in Thailand, they will be interested in the answer. They will go to your room without hang-ups or “oh my Allah, I do not want to be seen going to a room”….
Enjoy and report back!
Go to Sogo Shopping centre (under the Grand Hyatt), stroll the alleys, use the Internet cafes… Lots of guys to be seen and catch up with.
