You're probably already aware of this site, but if not ... Undergear.com has awesome underwear and excellent quality.
Silksecrets.net also has some interesting stuff (including CD-wear) ... not as much variety, but the prices are excellent.
Manstouch.com has some great underwear, leatherwear, PVC-wear and clubwear. Prices aren't bad there, either. It's gay-interest, but not just an underwear site ... very nice stuff.
