Yes, that's typical behavior at Tawan (in my experience). I guess they think they deserve to be paid by the kilo. Anyway, I've offed three or four Tawan guys in my day, and not a single one has been satisfying in the sack.
Others will have their own, differing opinions. I stand by mine.
