Did you mean gay resort? as I don't know of any spa/clubs in the Palm Springs or surrounding areas.
Not all of the resorts have day passes.
Did see a sling at CCBC at one of their "theme weekends" ...might want to check out their list of events. Anything with leather or kink (fist fucker weekend, think they do that in June) most likely will have your sling. They offer passes day or night.
