I do not use the services of the mamasan, but I did when I met a couple in Pattaya. The husband was trying to find a guy for his wife and somehow I became their friend/guide/assistant.. We went to A-bomb and I told the mamasan that she wanted a handsome guy with a big dick that liked to fuck women. The mamsan wrote a few numbers on some paper and handed it to me. I handed it to her husband and he picked the dancer and off they went.
