ROMAN HOLIDAY has a policy of only nudity in the wet areas (whirlpool, swimming pool, sauna, steam, showers), the sundeck, and ones own private room. Covered in towel in the halls and lounge areas. Sex does happen in the steam and sauna but no other public sex areas (and then in private rooms).
