Seems extremely unlikely, but the advice above to see a doc to dispel your concerns is solid.

CLEAR fluid is far better than any other kind of fluid! Cloudy, tinged with color, smelly, etc. Most infections ooze nasty fluid that is obviously indicative of a problem (except a few fungal, dermal infections on the surface of the skin, which can present with clear fluid).

Time lapse between infection and symptoms varies greatly depending on the disease, of course.

The sexual act you described is as close to safer sex as you can get, for the most part. I wouldn't worry too much about the PA. It IS fully healed, isn't it? If this is a brand new piercing, that's another story. Far easier to obtain an infection with a piercing that is not healed. However, new piercings go through an "up and down" healing process: they seem fine for several weeks, then sometimes leak of their own accord as the healing continues. It can take a while for new tissue to form and sometimes over-use of the pierced area can retard healing. You may be experiencing some fluid leakage that is related to the piercing itself and not to any sort of infection, STD or otherwise.

What is the extent of the fluid leakage? Is it constant? Or do you just notice it now and then when your dick is soft? A guy does not have to be erect or have recently had an erection to have some seminal fluid drip. Our bodies change all the time. As I've gotten older, I've noticed I leak a LITTLE more precum than when I was younger. Don't ask me why -- once in a while I will take a leak and see a tiny drop of seminal fluid on my dick. I don't give it much thought.

Does the fluid smell at all? If there's a foul odor -- get thee to a doc, ASAP. If it continues to leak or you notice any other changes, also get to a doc. Or just go anyway to put your mind at ease.

Me personally -- I would wait a few more days and see what, if anything happens. Other guys would want to get into a doc immediately. Your call. Doesn't sound like much to freak about, though it is wiser and saner to pay attention to your body and give these things some thought, so glad you did. Just don't panic about it.

Good luck, stop back and let us know what happens.
