Both allow virtually anything, however, the Oregon Theater is HUGE. Jefferson is small. Oregon is open from noon till 11pm, Jefferson is open 24/7. Oregon has lots of couples at night. I haven't witnessed any huge cocks at either place, so if that is your hot button (as it is with me) you will have to wait and get lucky, or go to Club Portland where you'll get the big boys and they will do you however you need it.
