Here's the deal...
Just inside the front door there's a little room with some videos and mags. Not much selection. You pay the guy in the little booth to get into the main joint. You can check your coat and bag with him or get a lock for the lockers.
When you enter you'll be in the theater area. This is basically a small movie theater. Lots of seats and rows, a big screen showing gay porn. Only light in there is the movie. Oral and handjobs mainly in this area.
Once you're in the theater just go all the way down the isle. Once you get to the bottom, take the door on the left. That's where the lockers are. Really, just a small row lockers. Next to the lockers is a spiral staircase to go upstairs.
Upstairs has a lot of stuff. Booths with gloryholes. A room the a long bench and porn playing. An area with lots of little cubbie holes for privacy. And a room with a sling and other bondage stuff. Lot's of places to play.
Guys do walk around upstairs naked, dressed, or in underwear. Easy to store your clothes since the lockers are right next to the stairs. I'd say that mostly the guys are half dressed. The guys in the movie theater part are dressed. They're typically just looking for a quick hand job.
So, you have a combo of guys in various states of dress. Seen lots of naked guys. Lots of regularly dress guys. And lots of guys dressed up: panties, high heels, leather, etc. Really just depends. My experience has been the more naked guys at night and weekends and during the day more dressed guys.
