In Soi Day-Night, give Bank Pub a try if you like Karaoke. It was formerly called Sundance Karaoke. The waiters are offable. Its rather small so no huge crowds.
If you're looking for gay guys, the best bet is X-Ray. Just after the Big C on Second Road, turn left at the 7-11 into a sub soi and its on the right. This seems to be the afterhours spot of the moment for young gay guys. They have some sexy dancers as well. Unless you know the area, off a guy who has worked in Pattaya a while and is over 20 and tell him the places you want to go to. Let him be your guide the first time. Much easier than trying to find these places yourself in the wee hours.
