You thai-phases help me to get him to a doctor - and for some time I thought the problem was to be fixed.
I think he needs some convincing eye-to-eye by someone speaking Thai.
I met him at my hotel Wednesday this week and tried again (with gertures, and body-language) to explain, "sleeping durin operation" (at least "local" sleeping" etc - and feel that he is close - but afraid.
And, Sextile - he is definitively not a money-boy. He gives a good trad Thai-massage (or oil/foot, etc) in a (non-sex) massage-place.
However, with customers he like and has got to know happy endings or even more is negotiable. He would NEVER work as money-boy or in a boy-bar or similar.
He know that i MAY aska someone to come to talk to him - and that would be ok for him.
