Dear Customer, to specify your needs and wants to the Mamasan first of all.
- However, past experience - plus what I've read in this and other threads -would suggest that the Customer would be well-advised to check with the
masseur himself before proceeding any further, lest the M'San. may
not be quite so knowledgable as one might wish.

ie. - she sold you a bum steer and is purposely unavailable to take any complaints; so the Customer pays-up, leaves and vows never, ever to return. He probably didn't even remember the boi's name, either.
