SO SORRY ! Last time I was in PDX the Jeff had closed. SO I cabbed it over the river to the Oregon Theater where I was trolled out. [ To be fair it WAS a weeknight and late so YMMV.] Ended up at the beautiful Steam-works where I had sum.
Never did have much luck in IB. Well ONCE I did OK. The place is kinda scuzzy but I like that.
