Around the Cock base: I use a thick, wide, weighty chromed solid cock ring (at least 5 years old).
Around both cock & balls combo: Used to use a velcro closing leather cock strap. This was brilliant because I could adjust the size/tension, take it off immediately (for whatever reason) and could wear it around my wrist while on my way to the sex club or arcade.
