Well really it is the type of thing that is so situation specific that it's hard to come up with a general solution that would suit everyone who might want to do something similar.

I, and I assume many others, have a fair number of boys' phone numbers in my mobile and, within reason, they are available when I call them. They are all straight because I prefer straight guys too, but because I'm even lazier than you they all work or have worked either in bars or massage places.

Some of them come/cum in their normal working hours and get paid a tip and off fee/massage fee which (in theory anyway) they would pay over to the bar/massage venue. Others pocket whatever they get, especially if they see me when they wouldn't normally be working. One bar owner in Pattaya has said he doesn't penalize boys who don't come into work, so the guy I call from that bar just pockets the money even if he would otherwise be at the bar.

Again, they are all straight, but they do/did work in the "biz" one way or another.

If for some reason you prefer guys who do other types of work, the way in which you initially contact them and how you arrange for them to visit you (presumably when they would be working) depends on a lot of things that no one can get very specific about... and you have to realize that you are opening the door (literally & figuratively) to guys who have not been vetted by a bar owner or massage place manager, no one can identify them to the police as a bar owner would be able to do and some may be less enthusiastic about keeping you happy than a guy who chooses to work in the sex trade.

If you develop a "stable" of guys from your neighborhood, your building, places you visit frequently, what happens if you decide to terminate the arrangement with one or more guys and they don't like that? What happens if one or more show up at your door one night when you weren’t expecting them and decide they want a bigger tip ... much bigger? How about rumours about you and your ATM status spreading far & wide and you start getting calls or visits from guys who you don't care for & they get aggressive, especially if they're drunk or high on yaa baa?

I don't know how long you've been in Thailand, but I assume you realize that not all Thai males, especially the straight variety, are docile, compliant and prepared to cater to farang, especially of the gay variety. You may even have noticed that some of them get drunk, use controlled substances and/or enjoy kick boxing in or outside a properly designated boxing ring.

It sounds like a fun fantasy, but I would suggest you stick with guys who work for bars or massage places where the management has some control over them. They're no shortage of straight guys in those places who have girlfriends or wives. If you want to expand the stable, maybe some of those guys have friends/brothers they can introduce you to.
