I'm sure you enjoy your expeditions, so I shan't dissuade you from one, but it seems to me that a phone call or two to Janpa would do, to sort out among three possibilities:
1. Janpa has moved from Soi 41 to Soi 13.
2. Janpa has taken over the former premises of 69 Spa and is running it as a branch.
3. There's an imposter operating out of Soi 13.
