This is a dangerous extension of the US Government's control on intellectual property. There are serious ramifications for all collectors and casual viewers of magna and yaoi. The Government did not prove that the drawings were of minors engaging in sex, but the Court ruled against the collector for failure to prove they weren't minors. Of course, everybody seems to miss the point that these are not real people, they are characters in a story, totally fictional.

In addition, the scene with the human female and pig was a fantasy, not intended as an actual depiction of real sexual activity. I do not know about the drawing with the dog, but it may have been an example of anthropomorphism, the personification of animals and inanimate objects by giving them human characteristics. This is a standard literary device used for centuries.

I wonder if you can now be busted for possession of the painting of Leda and the swan (Zeus) coupling. Is this not also beastiality? How about couplings between humans and fantasy semi-humans; demons, centaurs, fairy folk, elves, and such? They are products of the imagination just the same as the Japanese comics.

Everybody should carefully check their anime videos and comic books, their art portfolios, and their computer memory. Big Brother, unfortunately, is not a fantasy and he is watching.
