In addition to the sex listings of CFS.com, I would recommend the Utica, NY section of Craig's List, MEN FOR MEN section. There are a couple of private glory holes listed there on a regular basis.
As for public facility glory holes and bookstores, the Puritans are on the upswing again, forcing closure of most of them. I'm sure there are still some around, but fewer every day.
