-- Possibly it's too far OFF the beaten track to prove attractive to the avg. person, especially as it offers nothing that's really out of the ordinary and that would make the longish journey worthwhile.
- While the above comment is roughly the same for WHITE HOUSE SPA., wch. is MORE easily reachable from say BANG KAPI, yet WHS. manages to attract plenty of customers. Possibly, for WHS., it is easier access from Tnn. Lat Prao and parking that helps?
