Two thoughts come to mind -
1.- Wear a money-belt under yr. clothing wch. you may take-in to the shower with you; you can pretend that it's a small support belt for yr. lower back;
2.- Wrap yr. money around yr. penis and cover with a Condom. That way others will see the bulge in yr. shorts and will draw their own conclusions!
Also you'll know straight away if someone's trying to make-off with yr. money. Finally, a Condom - being water-proof - will keep yr. money dry whilst you take a shower, won't it?
