I'd suggest you start by using our Sex Listings. You can do an advanced search of our database to narrow the field to only bookstores and theatres near your hotel (you will need to know the zip code of your hotel). Go here to start the search:

Select the categories for bookstores and theatres and then scroll to the bottom to enter the additional details about amount of miles from your hotel zip code.
