And a further worry about DJ Station is what might happen should a fire break out. This has been discussed before and so I will simply say that any fire breaking out in any premises in that small and very narrow soi will inevitably lead to mass panic with everyone fighting to get out at the same time - and, I fear, several people being trampled to death.
