1.- Short of taking you by the hand there's little more that one can do;
posting #84. gives as good a set of dir'ns. as one can manage; but note that it is upstairs and that at times you might have to walk-through a cheap & cheerful eatery on the GF.;
- An elderly & American friend visits there several times weekly, thus one knows that it's there still and has been busier of late.
