I believe it is considered rude if one fondles the boys openly in BOYS BKK./DREAMBOYS, JUPITER 2002, or TAWAN BAR. OK may be a little touching, certainly not fondling the part between the legs. (Krazy Dragon in Pattaya does have meatier young men available for fun on site, don't want to go all the way there just for that.)
