Whenever I've had 3 -some's its usually at the suggestion of the thai guy, or in some cases you'll find a bar were the guys come as a pair.

An interesting idea. Tried in PTYA a few years ago and as you say the pair were a couple. Unfortunately (& uncharacteristically
) I'd had too much booze. The worst part of this is when we returned to host bar I had my T shirt on inside out
