Whenever I've had 3 -some's its usually at the suggestion of the thai guy, or in some cases you'll find a bar were the guys come as a pair. Talk to the mamasan - he'll have a good idea.

Quite a few years ago, when I just discovered Tawan bar, one of the older bodybuilder guys approached me and offered himself to be OFFed, and asked me to take also a younger guy whom I guess he took under his wing to "understudy".
