2.4. - Renew & make safe elect. wrg. as req'd.;
2.5. - Other work as may be found necessary;
3. - Many of the former staff who are unsuitable - poor massage skills, irregular time-keeping and suchlike - will be released and new staff recruited;

Re-opening - even if only cosmetically complete - scheduled for end of
