I have not done too much research in this but for genuine stuff, legally imported, the FDA puts in it's seal.
There are genuine, established Indian manufacturers. But you cannot be sure of the authenticity of the stuff you buy, when you buy them in the grey market.
If someone wants to buy "puddings" from a China town roadside shop.... or illegal medicines in a lower Sukhumvit shop... each one to his own
