Further to the above stub of a review of my first visit to Fan Club since the change of ownership, the fuller report is now on

As I've reported earlier, there has indeed been a clean-up, a re-tiling and re-arrangement of the lower floors, but massage skill and service quality are areas that continue to need monitoring, training and improvement if the venue intends to stand out from the competition. There were a number of "iffy" issues that I encountered. Some are more troublesome to fix, e.g the airconditioner blowing directly onto the bed; others easier to fix with management determination, e.g. service protocol and staff discipline.
Any others been to Fan Club since the changeover?
