I have had tantric sex in the past, and yes it is sex and not simply a massage. It can be very intense and even life altering if done by a skilled person, but since there are very few persons formally trained to do tantric massage, getting the authentic experience is hard. The bottom line about tantric is a serious focus on breathing, and breathing to an end: orgasm.
