Hi, I didn't see the first "rare" appearance, but this time, I think he got more practice. Walking up and down the stage, the ladyboy didn't seem to be in pain.
Like I mentioned, not so fast and rhythmic, but he did it quite well still - what he lacked in acting or skills, he made it up with muscles.
P.S. I can't confirm or deny if "he" was that bodybuilder.
