The principle problem in a situation like this is the loss of trust. If a married couple have an open relationship (incl. sex outside the marriage) in a common agreement, fine. If you swore to "forsake all others", that means outside pussy AND dick are verboten. Your word, your personal honor is what is at stake. If you can't resist the urge, talk to your partner.
