not the easiest of places to gain; sure, I can get to BIG C. Lat Phrao without too much trouble, but - much as I like walking - from Lat Phrao rd. to CRYSTAL is a fair step. From what little I've seen, and that only on sundays, the public 'bus.-sves. are non-existent; taxi-drivers, even local ones, are either ignorant of its loc'n. or unwilling in many cases.
