THE PRINCE CINEMA. is on Crown-Properties' Bureau's lands, I believe - thus owner's reluctance to spend too much money on maint'ce.
etc. etc..
- But access to it, from Charoen Krung - the main rd. - is along a small passage-way; but possibly MORE accessible from the rear?
