of course this is not a customer - u can already read it throughout the initial announcement - does not sound natural at all- although very good english for this site
i think its very ok to announce new ventures - there must be rules not to advertise- but i think new ones always welcome- but just be honest about it and a bit cool - works better according me- now whatever negative comment which will come - and it will come- will hit double hard.
