IMHO Magic Hands massage in Soi Ngam Duplee (same soi where Malaysia Hotel is situated and in walking distance to Babylon) would suit you. You can get the same service there you d get at the places mentioned above. Just tell the manager , whose English is really good what you want. You can get "normal" massage there and ...cough..."Hero" massage. They keep a low profile in order to avoid the greedy BIB.
