Whenever a new Police Chief is appointed in Pattaya there's a token sweep amid declarations of "cleaning up" Pattaya. Its probably part of setting new "rates" for trading . (T.I.T.) There was a uniformed police swoop (3 motobikes and a ute) on Dong Tang beach yesterday. They took away trays of prepared fruit and other food items but I think the DVD boys out-ran them
