Believe it or not, in doing this website for 20 years, I've considered many options. I've even paid lawyers to find out the safest place to park our domain. They've made one thing clear: as long as I live in this country -- my home country -- I fall under the laws of this country, and no amount of relocating a server will change that in the eyes of US law. I'll do a lot to keep members happy, but re-locating is not on the list.
